Your animation expertise extends beyond technical proficiency; it encompasses a profound grasp of storytelling and visual communication. Your ability to craft visually striking animations is matched by your aptitude for utilizing animation to convey messages effectively and weave compelling narratives.

As the Principal Video Animator, you are adept at seamlessly transitioning between hands-on creative work and guiding teams. An adept communicator, you boast a proven history of successfully managing animation teams, ensuring each project is executed impeccably and adheres to deadlines. Your proficiency goes beyond personal animation prowess – you excel at mentoring fellow animators, serving as a fount of knowledge and a wellspring of inspiration.

Responsibilities:

• Elevate and reinforce video quality and process guidelines, ensuring uniform excellence across all video content.
• Lead and oversee a team of animators, offering constructive feedback and direction to nurture their growth and advancement.
• Assume the role of the final quality gatekeeper for videos, certifying they meet our elevated standards before submission to clients.
• Contribute your animation prowess for a minimum of 32 hours weekly, establishing an exemplar for your team members to follow.
• Foster seamless collaboration with various teams and departments, ensuring efficient project coordination.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the animation field, evident through a diverse portfolio showcasing your creative brilliance.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other industry-standard animation software.
• Proven history of leadership and management within animation teams, underpinned by exceptional communication and guidance skills.
• An innate eye for detail coupled with an unyielding commitment to crafting animations of the highest caliber.
• Familiarity with various animation styles and techniques, coupled with the ability to discern the optimal approach for each project.
